Class of '70, in an attempt to remember those who passed prior to the Class of '70 website being initiated, Gerry O'Connor passed in November 1983, so the 40th anniversary of his passing is approaching.
I had planned to attend the July gathering, but a family event conflicted with it, so I missed seeing Kim at that gathering. He helped make sure I survived our Junior year retreat! Thank you & R. I. P, Kim.
Yep, when I began working on the Kansas City St. Patrick's Day Parade Committee, Brian was already on it, along with his cousin, Jim Glynn. We'd have a parade committee meeting at Ch 41, then adjourn to another meeting any of a number of neighboring water holes. Brian was true to his roots! May the good saints protect Brian, and bless him today, and may troubles ignore him, each step of the way!
It has been awhile since I had seen Mike, but I remember his hearty laugh and kind heart. St. Peter has welcomed another of our class home in Heaven.
